COR Restaurant in Bedminster is a delightful find! We indulged in the vegan menu, and the flavors were vibrant and fresh - each dish felt like a celebration. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner. Gabriela provided attentive service, making our experience all the more enjoyable.

We loved the chorizo crispy spuds, though we could have stayed longer without a time constraint! Definitely a great spot for foodies and those seeking unique culinary delights... 🥂
