Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar offers a cozy slice of Italy right in Manchester. I tried the hearty nduja pasta and the octopus dish - while the flavors were promising, they fell flat this time. The pasta could have used a bit more substance, and the sauce lacked the depth I was hoping for.

However, the atmosphere was charming, with a friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The outdoor seating added to the casual vibe. I might return to give it another shot! 🤞
