I recently dined at Pho in the Corn Exchange, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere felt casual yet cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. I ordered the classic pho, which had a rich broth, though the meat was slightly on the dry side. The spring rolls, however, were a standout - crispy and paired perfectly with the peanut dip.

Kris, our server, was knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating dietary preferences with ease. Overall, a pleasant visit worth revisiting! 🍜
