Saltgrass Steak House

Dining at this establishment this Christmas proved to be a generally pleasant experience.
The culinary offerings, while satisfactory, did not evoke noteworthy sentiments (commendable within their genre).
The service had commendable promptness and efficiency.
However, the taxidermy ambiance scared the children.
Notably, our request for a medium steak resulted in a preparation leaning towards medium-well—a detail worth mentioning, particularly given the specialized focus on steaks at this establishment.
Also, when my 75-year-old uncle received a kid's burger it added an interesting aspect to our overall impression.

+(*) I think our Server name was Rome that's what my receipt says but he was super Friendly, attention to detail , Good fun Vibe although with many misshapes he definitely gave it a go I rate my experience with service was 8 out 10 .... - Never Got the warm Bread at all The table next to us had to ask for their bread after a good 20-30mins. - maybe he was helping another area but service was very slow. +(*) Restroom was clean , everything else seemed clean , silverware , table , we sat at booth by bar. +(*) Food was Really Good! Queso with Brisket and fresh crispy chips was good I think for 14.99 there could have been a bit more cheese but all in all good 9 out 10 The jalapeno I chopped up to put in the queso was tasty but 15 out 10 spicy unless you cut jalapenos down.
Also had Cheese Burger with Bacon Sub Mustard, when they brought my plate I noticed they Forgot my bacon 🥓🥓 told waiter he seem concerned took couple of mins but came back quickly then I noticed it was plain No Mustard told server I waited seem to be forever for mustard then waiter comes back and told the manager about cook, forgot my bacon and mustard manager came over and said "it's come to my attention they forgot your bacon, mustard " I said yes he saw I had bacon NOW yeah after waiting awhile for it still waiting on mustard he said let me get that mustard for you" never came back but waiter did come back with the mustard shortly but I wish I got to eat it hot but when I build it, it was Delicious 10 out 10 for sure.
The crispy string onion rings rate 10 so so crispy a fun to eat.
My wife got the HUGE Chicken friend steak not bad.
Definitely more crisp than steak but not to bad 8 out 10 The Mac cheese need like a extra sharp cheddar cheese little bland 7 out 10 The thin crispy sweet potato fries 10 out 10 super good. -(*) 4.99 all day Jack and coke super watered down couldn't even taste the coke rate 2 out of 10.

We went the other to have a nice and relaxing dinner at Saltgrass and the food was great except for the carrot cake the provided.
We purchased a carrot cake to go to e joy later since full from our dinner.
When later decided to eat the carrot cake it looked raw and did not look appealing to eat.
I was very disappointed since I love the carrot cake at Saltgrass.
What a waste of money and such a disappointment to not have something sweet to eat.
