Ate lunch there on a Monday (PHP) is closed on Tuesdays.
Only two othr tables were there.
I had sweet tea snd salted fish fried rice for just under $14, before tip.
The rice was good.
The plate size was decent.
The waiter was attentive.
It is a very quiet, small place.
If the parking lot seems full, there is plenty of parking in the strip mall next to the the restaurant.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon.
I ordered Bun Tom Thit Nuong Gio, my son ordered Com Chien Heo Ga Tom, as well as 2 boba drinks (taro & lychee) and a summer roll appitizer.
We received our appetizer and main course 30 minutes after we ordered, then our boba drinks 5 minutes after that.
My son and I both had a total of 2 shrimp in our entrees.
The food was mediocre and not hot.
Our waitress was nice, but maybe they were short staffed because the service was lacking.
Tables were sticky, the entire restaurant looks dingy, and there is a giant crack on the floor that my son and I both tripped over.
Very disappointed, will not be back or recommend.

Food was fresh, amazing and inexpensive.
Highly recommend for a peaceful traditional meal and experience. Friendly staff and everything in the restaurant, tables and bottled sauces were very clean! I will be back as this place is a hidden gem 💎.
