Saltgrass Steak House was a solid choice after our event at the George R. Brown Convention Center! The atmosphere was casual and inviting, perfect for unwinding. I ordered the blackened redfish, which had great crab topping, but I was disappointed with the missing melted cheese on my fries. 😅
Despite a few hiccups - like a slow service due to being busy - our server, Priscilla, was genuinely kind and attentive. The grilled shrimp was a hit, but a bit more cooking on the green beans would elevate it.
Overall, it's a nice option with potential for improvement, especially considering the convenient location and lovely staff. Would I return? Definitely! 🌟
