I had such a delightful experience at Sal's Gumbo Shack! The warm, inviting atmosphere made my solo dining enjoyable. I ordered the Rex po' boy with catfish and shrimp, which was packed full of flavor 🌶️. The accompanying onion rings were crispy perfection!

I also sampled the gumbo, and it truly felt like a taste of Louisiana!

Although the wait was a bit long due to the one-person crew, it was well worth it. Don’t skip dessert - I hear it’s amazing! Can't wait to come back for more... 💜
