October 22, 2024Nestled in The Joinery, Sabu offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for ramen lovers. I tried the Shio Ramen, and it pleasantly surprised me. The chicken was not only tender but also expertly grilled, complementing the deep, flavorful broth. The fried shallots added a nice crunch, and the jammy egg was a delightful touch.
While the dining area could use a bit more AC for comfort, I left thoroughly satisfied. Can’t wait to return for more of that rich Tonkotsu! 🍜
