November 10, 2024Blue Dog Craft Barbecue delivers an impressive barbecue experience nestled within The Joinery. I tried the brisket sandwich with tasty beef tallow fries - honestly, it’s one of the most tender briskets I've had lately. The atmosphere was casual, perfect for a laid-back meal.
Although I would have loved more BBQ sauce options, the mustard BBQ paired well with everything. Don't skip the fried okra; it’s a delightful and crunchy surprise! Service was prompt, and the staff were friendly... I’ll definitely be back! 🍖
