Sa Cardiga offers a delightful dive into Sardinian cuisine, combining tradition with warm hospitality. I started with the antipasto misto con crudite, which was both fresh and generously portioned. The grilled salsiccia sardo, while tasty, felt a tad plain for my palate.

However, the lamb chops were undeniably a highlight, succulent and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a lovely spot for dinner. A bit more variety for non-red meat eaters would be welcome... 🌟
