Ordered online.Arrived at pickup time and called, was told it would be ten minutes, was another 25 minutes.Order was two burgers.One was the loaded guac smash burger..which is the one in the video.Only got lettuce and cheese..none of the special toppings.The burger also looks like it was one patty split in half instead of two patties and was extremely dry.Called the restaurant after we realized once home and they said the manager was out and took our info to call us the following day.Never received that call.Avoid this location.

We dined here tonight and it was evident that the managers are working hard to improve the customer experience.Many industries, especially the food & hospitality industry, are in a tough season trying to find & maintain good, quality employees.Tonight, we had an excellent experience with their newest manager, Laura.She was respectful, kind, and accommodating in what appeared to be a stressful evening for the front & back of the kitchen.She made sure our food was prepared promptly and correctly.We don’t have a Ruby Tuesday by us anymore, so dining here was a trip down memory lane for my husband and I.My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband’s and kids food came out great, too.That team was working hard tonight.Thank you!

My daughter took me for Father's day. We were seated without waiting in the bar area. The lady running the bar also was handling approx 8 tables. She keep in constant contact as she walked by. Very pleased food was good hot and well prepared.
