I have seen many times the actors in “Reservation Dogs” eating fried catfish all the time and finally got my taste of it by pure accident.
We were suppose to go to the pancake place across from Ruby S but the line was snaking around the corner.
Its a silver lining !! Here to say, I LOVE my fried catfish and grits.
The batter is perfect and the fish is flaky but the grits could be smoother or softer.
The buttermilk biscuit was a little dense and moist but still good with honey butter.
The rest of the party like their food too. Our server was joyful and the atmosphere was convivial.
The wait time for a table was shorter than informed and the restaurant have spacious outdoor and indoor dining.
Food came briefly too. #thatbrunchlife I would recommend this brunch place for anyone visiting Nashvilles

Absolutely love this place! We go at least twice a month.
The bennies are always perfectly prepared, the French toast bites are sinfully good, and the bloody Mary’s are utterly delicious! The service is terrific, even when they’re busy! Great weekday place to have breakfast meetings (especially at the bar); and awesome on weekends as well.
Highest recommendation.

The shrimp and grits here were INCREDIBLE.
Strong Cajun flavor that had us come back a second time before we left! Biscuits and gravy were mild with great seasoning, the chicken sandwich was ridiculously large and tasty, and the green tomatoes were so good we almost ordered another portion! The stuffed French toast is seasonal, and it had this perfect balance between sweet and savory.
The avocado toast was our least favorite, but it was a cool concept that just fell flat in the end.
Too much on top of a thin slice of bread.
