Rubio's Coastal Grill is a hidden gem in Lancaster! 🌮 The fish tacos are a must-try - crispy, fresh, and so flavorful. I loved enjoying my meal on the outdoor patio, and the quick service made it even better.

Their happy hour is fantastic; I grabbed some small plates and a refreshing margarita. The casual vibe is perfect for families, and I noticed plenty of vegetarian options too!
