I don't know why we waited so long to try this place.The food was beyond amazing! Super fresh, not greasy, fantastic flavors, and beautiful presentation as well.The service was superb! Very friendly, helpful, and fast! Prices were exponentially cheaper than most similar restaurants in the AV but with higher quality food.Will absolutely be back as not one but everyone in the family agreed this is a new favorite! Even my very picky son who is a self proclaimed burger specialist said it was one of the best cheeseburgers he has ever had! Not at all what we expected, and such a pleasant surprise! It's not often you find a Mexican restaurant with vegetarian options, let alone options that are more delightful than the originals.Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
Worst service in the AV.I had to find someone to give me a menu and then find someone to put in my order. They only brought my food, I had to find someone to bring me MY drink.Since my friend only had a picture of their ID, they proceeded to treat me like I was him, even though I had my ID on hand. Then, when I spoke to the MOD, she stated the waiter said my friend was the one that ordered, when he clearly declined to order anything.(I'm sure that's on video along with her taking shots) The waiter came up and lied to her in front of us.Then, to add to further insult, when I asked for that waiters' name, the other workers would give different names and proceeded to openly laugh and loudly state how they were giving different names.There's nothing remarkable about the food here. The building interior is nice, but the workers left messes everywhere. I hate leaving bad reviews, but when it's that bad and corrupt.I didn't even trust the food at that point.I'm never going back here, especially with that kind of service.

Hello Miss Allison!!! We were expecting you, at least state the real reason you will not be back! Being that you and your friend were 86'd from the restaurant the night of.The only reason you were not removed by security was because of your relations with the KJ who works for our well respected business associate (which we will be further informing about your behavior(s) at his businesses karaoke show), despite all rudeness shown by the two of you, and you are correct.We have footage of all the happenings of the night that tells the true story, including your friend being denied drinks because of improper i.d.and our bathrooms mysteriously becoming dirty after being cleaned and you returning to your table to retrieve your phone to take pictures of a trash can full of....you guessed it trash.Oh don't forget the tables filled with empty drinks and plates from happy patrons that didn't try to order drinks for thier friend with no .i.d.from three different servers, who was ALSO 86'd and asked to leave and decided to leave trash out front and around the building.Mind you, as well as him trying to intimidate by being nose to nose with staff and owner.So yes, our server didn't feel safe to reveal his name nor is he inclined to do so especially to those who will no longer be customers.You took these pictures directly after karaoke ended on a night with a full house...which is when the lights come on and parties leave...meaning it's clean up time because parties leave at this moment...because it's after hours...and we are CLOSED.So people leave.Which means...dirty tables....Not really sure why you took pictures of our door stoppers (bricks) that we place there to keep the door open for cleaning....further proving the point of closing duties being done.In which we STILL ALLOWED you there, because we like to keep good relationships with our business partners.Now normally we would be apologetic and try to get our guests to return....but we will not succumb to your entitlement and temper tantrum because we didn't bend the rules and regulations for you and your friend any further which could affect both businesses and other patrons.However we do hope you find accountability, maturity and happiness.Best regards!
I'm a loyal customer of your establishment.Last night me and my friend.Had dinner and drinks to celebrate my birthday. The food was great!! The service was awful! The young waiters name is on my receipt.He was our waiter one time before and he provided awful service then too.I thought the first time was because he was new.Well I assumed he was new because that was my first time seeing him.Last night he served my friends meal before me.I had only gotten my beans and rice.He never came back to check on us.I had to ask several other waiters to please check on my food and or ask my waiter to come.My friend had finished eating.About 15 minutes after I got just the rice and beans, my fajitas had arrived.Normally I leave the restaurant happy and pleased.Last night I left very upset.The waiter can not multitask, he needs much more training on serving food and dealing with customers.If I come back I DO NOT want him as a waiter.I'm not being mean, I understand he's young but we spend good money at your restaurant and frequently. I left my name and number with someone at the restaurant today Hopefully someone will get back to me. 5/17/24

Update: We have spoken with Poster and have done what we could, including changes to staff to appease customer, which poster seemed happy with, so hopefully they return and we see them soon 😀
