I recently learned that Rubio's Coastal Grill has permanently closed, and it's such a bummer! I used to love their fish tacos, especially on Dollar Taco Tuesdays. 🌮

The atmosphere was family-friendly, and the staff was always super welcoming. However, I noticed the service had really slowed down over my last few visits, often taking longer than expected.

Though the food presentation was nice, certain items like the rice and beans felt like they could use a bit more generosity. The salsa bar had a great selection, but it could have used a little more attention...
