Shang Cafe in Fremont is an absolute gem! 🌟 I recently dined in and was amazed by the vibrant atmosphere and the mouthwatering dishes. The pork belly was definitely the highlight - tender and perfectly seasoned.

I also ordered the maoxuewang, packed with an exciting variety of ingredients, including fish and quail eggs, and the spice level built beautifully. Service was friendly and efficient, with quick QR code ordering.
