I recently swung by Rubio's Coastal Grill for their popular Taco Tuesday and was not disappointed! The fish tacos were fresh and bursting with flavor, especially with a drizzle of their delightful taco crema - definitely a must-try. The salsa bar was well-stocked, adding a zesty twist to my meal.
