I recently dined at First Watch, and it was a delightful experience! The bright, trendy atmosphere sets the perfect backdrop for brunch. I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious avocado toast topped with perfectly poached eggs - it felt so wholesome and fresh. The coffee was robust and paired well with their fluffy pancakes.
