Rubio's Coastal Grill is a delightful find in Scripps Ranch Marketplace! 🌮 Their fish tacos are a must-try - fresh, generous portions served on warm corn tortillas! Make sure to swing by on Taco Tuesday for unbeatable specials after 2 PM.

I ordered the coconut shrimp tacos with mango salsa - it was love at first bite! The staff here are genuinely kind, too; I accidentally left my purse behind, and the manager, Jackie, ensured I got it back safe and sound.
