Kappa Sushi in Scripps Ranch is a delightful spot for sushi lovers! 🍣 I recently enjoyed their lunch Bento Box, which was a fantastic deal. The teriyaki tofu was perfectly cooked, and I adored the crispy tempura veggies and comforting miso soup.
While my husband thought the $18 sashimi plate was too small for its price, the other offerings made up for it.
The atmosphere was cozy but quite loud during peak dinner time. Fast service and a lovely tea selection keep me coming back. I’ll definitely return - just during a quieter time! 😊
