Roy's Restaurant at the Marriott Marquis is a true gem on the San Diego waterfront! 🌊 The “Roy’s Hawaiian Martini” was a delightful twist on the classic, and the tempura-fried shrimp appetizer stole the show - so light and addictive!
For entrées, I savored the rack of lamb, cooked perfectly with a beautiful shiso mint flavor, paired with silky butternut squash. Their macadamia nut bread pudding was heavenly!
The staff were attentive and friendly. Just a heads up, some dishes arrived a bit cool, and brunch didn’t quite match its advertising. Still, I’m excited to return for more delicious experiences! 😊
