I was blown away by the Dandan noodles - definitely one of the top dishes in Dallas. The flavor was perfectly balanced; a mix of spicy and sweet that kept me coming back for more. Don't miss the soup dumplings either; watching them being made right in front of me added to the charm!
The casual atmosphere is perfect for groups, and my server, Shirley, was both friendly and attentive. Although we faced a 25-minute wait on a Sunday night, it was absolutely worth it for such delicious food. I'll definitely be returning! 🍜✨
