Rosita's Mexican Restaurant has become a family favorite for us! The chilaquiles verdes are absolutely delicious - don't skip out on adding both eggs and chicken for that extra flavor. Rosita's Mexican Restaurant is a cozy, family-friendly spot that delivers comforting Mexican dishes. 🌮 I particularly love their chilaquiles verdes - just like the ones I had in Mexico! The generous serving of both eggs and chicken is a must.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for families or solo diners. However, the salsa could pack more heat for my taste, and I found the flour tortillas a bit chewy compared to the excellent corn ones.
Still, it’s a place I find myself returning to often! 🌟
