Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

I enjoy the fact they honor military and 1st responders.
The rice was good especially while able to top w fresh cilantro and lime.
However, the low score is due to the fact that my tacos shells we stale.
I thought it may just be me, so I got thru this first taco but it just went down hill from there.
So stale, I don't get it.
I've have frequented Rosa's lately w friends and I remember it being so much more enjoyable.
In fact I'd finish my plate and now despite the fact I was so hungry I could not come close.
This is the last for a good while for me.
Made me think of a hearing how some places putting curses on their food so customers would crave it, after I heard that I prayed and my desire went way down and today just solidified why I won't be coming back like I said for a good while or forever.
I will miss having fresh lemons w my Dr pepper.
If you've never tried it, do try.
Anyway, happy eating or not.

Rosa’s Cafe Had dinner here with my grandson. The food was good and service was good.
Friendly staff.
Nice large dining room but a little on the loud side.
Just cause they were busy! I had The Taco Plate – 3 Crunchy Beef Tacos – ground seasoned beef, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and two flour tortillas. My grandson had Taco Plate – 3 Soft Flour Chicken Tacos – shredded chicken, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

All the food was fresh and hot.
They have a salsa bar so you can choose which condiments you want. We will be back.

This Rosas Cafe location is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to.
First they made my tacos with ground beef and used hard shell, when I had ordered the soft fajita tacos. The second time they gave me my food they still used ground beef, when their menu says “fajita” not ground beef so they should really specify more. Then they refunded me my money and I ordered a different plate.
Only this time they gave me like five pieces of meat per taco. While I was here I saw that the workers there got multiple orders wrong as well.
