I like going to McAlister’s to get a bite to eat, sip on tea and work on my computer.Service at this location is usually pretty good.I’ve had a few average experiences, but overall the service and food quality is consistent and it’s a place I can depend on.Recently not super clean, but I just look for a table that looks like it has been cleaned if I’m going to sit for a while.

Big thumbs up to Mary and her staff.I was having issues with the website.It was not letting me place my order.I called Mary to let her know I needed them ready a little earlier than what the website listed.She was super nice and said she would have her staff start working on them ASAP.Pickup was timely and the sandwiches were delicious.Thank you for your help Mary! You are very much appreciated.:) We use this location for all of our catering needs and it is always perfect each time.

I typically really enjoy coming to McAlister's deli, but I'm very frustrated with what I just experienced.I placed a curbside order and waited for about 30 minutes before the to-go parking sign fell on my car and took a chunk of paint off of the hood.The base that was supposed to be filled with either sand or water to prevent this from happening was empty.I went inside and kindly asked the young lady at the register to let me speak to her manager hoping she could ensure this was fixed and that this and it wouldn't happen to anyone else.The manager filled out an incident and apologized for what happened but did not move the signs or weigh them down like I recommend.She stated that corporate would be calling me and then gave me a coupon for a free meal.While I continued to wait for my meal (a bowl of soup and a salad) I watched multiple families come in, order, get their food, sit down, and eat most of their meals before mine was ready.I waited for over an hour for my meals then had to return when they forgot my drinks.The cashier made it clear that she was irritated with my concerns and that made me very uncomfortable.I appreciate the coupons for agree meal, but I highly doubt I will use it if I have to wait over an hour for my food.
