Rooster And The Pig offers an inviting atmosphere where flavors take center stage. I recently tried their pork belly fried rice - rich and comforting! The calamari comes with an incredible Serrano sauce that makes you want to savor every bite. I also loved the crispy rolls; stuffed generously with meat, they added a nice crunch. The cocktails, particularly the Yellow Lotus, are refreshingly well-balanced. A small amuse bouche of congee was a delightful surprise too. Perfect for a cozy dinner with friends! 🍽️
