Roll EM Up Taquitos is a delightful gem in Gilbert! 🌮 The taquitos are the star here; I tried the chicken and beef options, both bursting with flavor and perfectly crispy. The variety of sauces, especially the avocado crema, took everything to the next level.

The ambiance is casual and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a chill meal with friends. My only wish was for a few more seating options, as it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, an excellent spot for anyone craving authentic Mexican street food! I'll definitely be back. 😊
