Roister is a gem in the heart of Chicago! 🌟 I visited for brunch and it absolutely blew me away. The truffle cinnamon roll was a must-try - decadent yet surprisingly light. I also enjoyed the chicken and waffles; the flavor was simply divine!
The open kitchen created an engaging atmosphere, making it fun to watch the chefs at work. The staff was friendly, though I did feel a tad pressured regarding tips. Overall, a delightful experience that left me eager for a return visit... especially to try the tasting menu! 🍽️
