Savart offers a delightful rooftop dining experience that’s both cozy and scenic. I enjoyed their small plates, particularly the octopus salad, which was fresh and vibrant. The cocktails, however, could use a bit more kick. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends, especially during happy hour. While the service was attentive, I felt like our cocktails were a bit watered down. Overall, a lovely spot for brunch or dinner in Bucharest - don’t forget to make a reservation! 🍹
