We had a delightful dinner at Poco last night - lovely service, well-balanced cocktails, and delicious shareable plates of food, in a hip and relaxed atmosphere.Easily the best meal we had during our short stay in Burlington.Highly recommended!!
This place is incredible.It's a true gem of Burlington. We noticed a line up walking by and decided to give it a go. The food is out of this world good.I have rarely eaten dishes that well balanced, nothing was empowering, nothing was hidden and the dishes all had nice strong flavors. The halloumi was balanced with the onions jam so you didn't that the strong salt taste The meatballs were quite spicy but just enough to stay pleasant. The panna cotta texture was just perfectly silky.
Awesome spot for a variety of creative dishes.Surprisingly affordable compared to similar small plate establishments.Would highly recommend this location, I will be returning!
