Restaurant Pizza Works

Restaurant Pizza Works has one of the best pizzas in the City of Worcester.
The pizza is well baked with fresh ingredients.
The pizza 🍕 always tastes delicious. Customer service here is excellent.
I was attended to the very moment I entered.
They have a cozy ambiance.
You have the option to either sit inside the restaurant or sit outside when the weather is ok while you enjoy your pizza. I highly recommend Pizza Works.👍🏾

The pizza was wonderful, far more tasty than any other places we've tried for delivery and delivery was as on point as possible since it was our first time! But they certainly followed the notes given!!! Excellent job and I loved the nice delivery man!!! Oh, BTW, hadn't even looked at reviews first, just at the fab pizza photo under Uber Eats!! Looked great, so called restaurant first to see if half and half pizza was difficult, esp on our 1st delivery order, and lovely woman walked me through how-to!! Definitely deserved a big tip!! Always tip big, folks, tough business and great, great people! Can't wait to visit in person, reviews sound delightful!!

I ordered fried zucchini, clam chowder, calamari, chicken cutlet and a honey mustard chicken wrap.
It was all disgusting. I live within walking distance of this place, the first thing I chose to eat was the calamari.
It was room temperature, not even warm.
I actually spit it out because it was so dry and impossible to chew.
the zucchini was soggy and also not warm, the breeding was basically falling off.
the clam chowder i didn’t even get to try because they didn’t bother to give me a spoon.
the honey mustard wrap was something a child could have prepared better.
it fell apart when you picked it up, really nothing special, lousy.
and the chicken cutlet i wouldn’t even bother to taste it.
I asked for onions and they just threw huge chunks of raw onion on top of it.
I also asked for it toasted well and it ALSO wasn’t even warm.
Basically everything they made had been sitting out for who knows how long and just thrown in a box.
Not to mention this cost about $50, I complained and they came back to get the food.
Then tried to deny me a refund literally AFTER taking the food back.
Horrible way to run a business hence my review.
