I recently dined at Louis & Jacob and was drawn in by their Tuesday all-you-can-eat tartare special. The cozy atmosphere was inviting, perfect for a casual outing. The tuna tartare was fresh and tasty, while the other options, like the shrimp, didn't quite hit the mark for me.

I found the complimentary pea cream soup a bit too salty, which overshadowed its potential. Service was attentive, thanks to the owner aiding the staff. It's a space worth exploring, especially if you enjoy diverse tartare flavors... 🥂
