I recently dined at Restaurant Yum & Shine, and I was thoroughly impressed! The tender spicy beef tendon packed a flavorful punch, while the signature cold rice noodles were refreshing and perfectly seasoned. The menu features a lovely selection of authentic Chinese dishes, like the delicious fried pork spring rolls and creamy curry udon.

Although the service was a bit slow during my Saturday visit, the charming ambiance made up for it. I particularly loved how clean and inviting the space felt. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you're in Laval! 🍜
