Restaurant Huauchinangos is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine! 🌮 I stopped by on a whim and was blown away by the enmoladas and tacos de tripe - both bursting with flavor.

The fresh cactus topping and that habanero salsa? Simply to die for! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere. I also tried the quesadillas, unlike any I've had before - crispy, masa-based, and smothered in a rich verde mole sauce.

I'm sad they're temporarily closed, as I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu! 🍽️✨
