October 23, 2024I recently stopped by Refuel at The Market at Oakland, and I had mixed feelings. The convenience of grabbing snacks and drinks is great, but the overall atmosphere could use improvement. The store was fairly tidy, but the restroom situation left something to be desired.
Unfortunately, the service was lacking, with no warm greetings or assistance at the entrance. I also encountered issues with the payment system during my visit, which added some frustration.
A little focus on customer care could really elevate this place! 🌟
