Fuji Sushi & Bar & Grill offers a casual dining experience that strikes a nice balance between comfort and creativity. I indulged in their pork ramen, and while the salty broth stole the show, the crispy pork could use a bit more tenderness. The soy eggs were a delightful touch but slightly overcooked.

The cocktail selection was refreshing, and I appreciated the gluten-friendly options for my wife! Definitely a spot to visit again for a cozy dinner, just maybe a daytime visit for sushi next time! 🍣
