Reforma 9 is a delightful escape within the University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. 🌿 The cozy terrace is perfect for enjoying a lazy brunch, especially with their refreshing cocktails and small plates. I tried the seafood, which had impressive portions for the price!

While the menu could benefit from more variety, the friendly service and relaxing atmosphere make it a great spot for families. A bit disappointing about the dog policy, but overall, a charming place I'd revisit for the vibes!
