I ordered on DoorDash and my entire order was COLD AND OLD.
I had a mini chicken wing, my sandwich had NO toppings as requested, and I’m very disappointed about spending my money on this! You can look at the photo and see how dark and old these chicken wings are. HOWEVER, I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, Destiny, and thru my frustration, she was MORE than polite and accommodating.
This influenced the 3 star rating! She offered to remake the entire order for pickup the next day during her shift, which works for me.
So I will be SURE to calculate the cost of both meals, and TIP her that amount.
It’s one thing to serve distasteful food, but it’s another to go above and beyond to rectify the problem and maintain professionalism, and she did that.
Give that young lady a RAISE.

Having to call them because I was at the window for 10 mins is crazy! No one ever came to the window but I was answered at the speaker… answering the phone while talking with someone else is a mess! I can’t stand that if you at work be professional my kind needs to do better or do work customer service! Food not even warm! Change that grease my chicken tastes like fish!!

okay so usually i love to eat here, i know they have good/bad days sometimes..
however yesterday me and my boyfriend ordered and enjoyed out food, it tasted a little off than usual and then an hour or so later our stomachs were terribly upset.
we did not enjoy the experience this time.
