Baked chicken was so small a toddler could hold a piece in the palm of their hand perfectly

It is too bad…their food is very good but poorest customer service I have ever seen.
This has begun recently and I don’t know what to make of it…it’s the kind of service one gets from a place that’s about to shut down.

I had a flat fried roach stuck to my fried chicken wing.
I called to tell the manager and they offered me free food, no thanks.
