The smell of the carpet was really off-putting.
The ceiling definitely needs to be dusted.
Our booth could have been cleaner.
The bathroom was clean, which is something I check for at restaurants.
The food was just okay.
The biscuits were the best part.

Fantastic service from Andrea! We ordered crab legs, but were having difficulty getting the edible part out.
Andrea helped us extract it tableside! Her awesome, friendly service really enhanced our dining experience.
Excellent food received within 7 minutes of ordering.
Fish fry is also very good.
Suggestion: If the kitchen could cut slits in the crab legs, it would make it a lot easier for the customers.

Been to many Red Lobster's but this was my first time at this location.
I must say that they are consistent in food prep and they have excellent service.
All of their menu selections are fresh and hot when served.
Our server was great.
Our glasses were never empty...
