I recently visited Rancho de Tia Rosa and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance - it truly felt like a charming corner of El Paso! 🌵 The decor was lovely, but I must admit, the overall cleanliness could use a little attention.

I tried the beef chimichanga, which was good but lacked the kick I was hoping for. The salsa served with the complimentary chips was delightfully sweet, though! It had a mild flavor that might not suit everyone’s palate.

Greg, our bartender, provided impeccable service throughout the night. Even with a quiet crowd, our waitress seemed a bit stretched, so we didn’t feel rushed, which was nice. I’d definitely give it another shot but
