Pollos La Chuya is a hidden gem in Mesa! 🌟

I swung by for a quick lunch and decided on the half chicken plate with beans and rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and had that delightful charcoal smokiness. The sides were just as impressive - rich, flavorful beans paired with warm, soft corn tortillas.

The service was quick and friendly, making for a casual yet inviting atmosphere. And I couldn’t resist trying their homemade horchata, which was simply delicious!

I’ll definitely be back for more... 🍽️
