Ramen Hayashi in Fresno offers a unique ramen experience, but it has its ups and downs.

I tried the Tonkotsu ramen, which had good noodles and a rich bone broth, but the flavors were somewhat bland for my taste. 🥺 However, the Yaki ramen was a hit - perfectly cooked and packed with flavor!

The veggie fried rice is also a great option, and I appreciated the variety of dietary choices available.

It’s a casual spot, with quick service, but be prepared for a lively atmosphere, especially near the movie theater. I’d visit again for the appetizers and drinks! 🍜✨
