KFC

I ordered food inside the food place, KFC.
I ordered a 8pc chicken bucket with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy.
And when I started eating the mashed potatoes at home, and took a bite and I felt something weird in my food so I spit it out.
It turned out to be a metal wire with a tread attached to it.
This is very dangerous.
We also called and the store manager, Juan, about it and he accepted it.
He apologized.
This is not a thing that can be fixed with an apology and I was worrying a lot too about others health.
He offered us for a refund and we are not worried about the money, we are worried about people’s heath.
They gave us another offer to replace the food but health is more important than money.
I wanted to let everyone know to stay safe.

My first experience at this location was extremely horrible because of Jasmine, Danielle, and Cyrus, I went on lunch when Cyrus was kekeing with the car in front of me ..
proceeded to take 5/6 mins talking to them and when I came to the window was told I had to park when I asked why was told I would have to wait for my food when asked why if they said the chicken nuggets take 8 mins when they are dropped and since no one was behind me and my boyfriend I asked to just wait, two seconds later my food was handed to me and the chicken was raw (see picture) I went back in to get a refund and was laughed at when I said it was a health concern serving raw chicken the food was not looked at // called corporate which took a week to get back to me when Edgar (who I was told isn’t the district manager of the spruce location by the very nice lady answers corporates phones ) did he offered me a big box meal to make up for it I went back to give this location one more shot yesterday .
When I arrived I was very polite and said I was her to fix an order that was wrong and my name and she said uhhh well pull up we can see what we can do at the window I asked if she wanted to know what I wanted so I don’t make their wait times go up by waiting in the drive thru .
She said no like I said we can see what we can do at the window .
I get up to the window where she walks away as soon as I pull up so I wait for a min or two and then she finally walks over and said her manager is getting what I needed and I asked what she meant by that to which she rolled her eyes and said he’ll be up here with what you need and I reply how if you don’t even know my order .? I ask her name and honestly am completely blanking on other than it started with a K .
The shift supervisor came up and basically was like what do I want explained what happened and what meal I wanted and then was told to park again .
All staff here is rude and unprofessional .
They Also none wear name tags ( so you don’t know who they are unless you ask)

This is probably the best kfc I have visited in the fresno / clovis area.
Kathleen who took our order and brought out our food was so kind and thoughtful I was honestly really surprised, there was also another male employee who was very friendly aswell didn't get his name.
The restaurant was the cleanest I had ever seen any kfc and the food was brought out quickly and everything was cooked perfectly.
I'm usually not a fan of kfc because they always seem to get orders wrong or the chicken will be undercooked if it's pieces or rock hard tenders or half cold half over cooked bowls but this kfc I walked out in shock that everything was really good.
I live closer to other kfcs but I feel like it would be worth it to go out of my way to eat at this one.
