Ramen and Sushi Spot is a delightful find nestled in Encinitas Village. I visited on a cool evening and opted for the Spicy Black Garlic Ramen. The broth was rich yet light, leaving me comfortable after indulging. My partner loved the Luvluv roll, bursting with fresh seafood and flavor.

The ambiance is casual but trendy, perfect for a relaxed night out. Service was attentive, making us feel well taken care of. Definitely a spot I’ll return to explore more of their menu! 🍜
