VAGA Restaurant & Bar is an inviting spot perched atop the Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas. I enjoyed the tranquil rooftop seating with breathtaking views of the coastline. The duck carnitas were flavorful but definitely on the smaller side, which left me wanting more. However, the cocktail selection was impressive, perfect for a refreshing pause. The wait staff was attentive and welcoming, making the experience easy-going despite a few hiccups. A lovely spot for an evening out... 🍷
