Bad customer service! Im a very calm person but the customer service was very bad.The manager, a Hispanic woman, (I am also Hispanic) she served me I asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant.She gave me cheese as she was scooping it I said âIm sorry no cheeseâ but she put it in anyway.Even though I had already asked for no cheese.I told her again and she scooped the cheese out with her hand and threw it away.I didnât say anything although there was still some cheese in my bowl.I told her it was fine I understand we all make mistakes.But Iâm giving this place a one star because my daughter got chicken, she doesnât like spicy things.I asked the server what option would be good for a toddler who doesnât like spicy things, he said chicken so I got chicken at his suggestion.My daughter tried it and asked for water because it was spicy.My wife went to the front and got some bad attitude from a worker and the manager.They where very rude to her saying it was her fault.So I went up and I was very nice and asked for a sample of pork from a different employee.And I ordered just a side of pork.The manager rang me up I saw her bring something with my side and I said âIâm sorry I only ordered the side of porkâ she was very rude and said âIâm trying to give you free tortillas, you donât want them!â She said it with a really bad attitude.I said no thank you and she slammed the tortillas on the table.Then she rang me up. The ice tea also tasted very old. The food was good and it was clean, but I will not come back as the manager is very rude and has an awful attitude

I love Qdobaâs food.When I pay $18 for a single burrito and an order of chips and queso, I donât expect to be told it costs extra for a few extra chips to finish my queso off with.Especially when they didnât fill the queso container to the top to begin with.There were dirty tables everwhere, the water pressure in the bathrooms are so low.The paper towel dispenser barely gives you anything.There are printed signs all over that point to limiting customer options on promos and such as well.Itâs not a good look.The lady didnât end up charging me for the chips, but made it a point to say itâs extra as she scooped them, which left me confused as to whether I needed to actually pay more for the chips or not.These are things I normally would not complain about, but I simply asked for a few extra chips.This locations frugality will be its downfall.
