I indulged in their Basque-style setup, and the portions were generous - enough to feed two. The pickled tongue was surprisingly tasty, and the cabbage soup stole the show with its robust flavors. The rustic yet trendy atmosphere, complete with live music, adds a cozy touch.

While the service was friendly, it was a bit slow, but the lovely outdoor patio helped us beat the heat. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Bakersfield, just brace for the check! 🌟
