Puerto Vallarta in Federal Way offers a mixed bag of experiences. I tried the molcajete after hearing glowing recommendations, and it did not disappoint! The assortment of grilled meats was generous and full of flavor - definitely enough for two. My friend ordered the ultimate fajita burrito and couldn’t stop raving about it.

However, I noticed the consistency in some complaints about runny beans and bland flavors in other dishes, so I guess it’s hit-or-miss. Service was friendly, even during a busy rush. Worth a revisit! 🌮
