Biscuits Cafe in Federal Way offers a delightful breakfast experience that's hard to beat. I was thrilled with their "Build Your Own Breakfast" option, allowing me to mix and match to create the perfect plate. The coffee flights are a must-try, especially on a rainy day when you want to treat yourself.

While the atmosphere is casual, the service was quick and attentive. My French toast flight - flavors like blueberry and fruity pebbles - was absolutely heavenly, though I found the sausage a bit dry. Overall, a satisfying outing! ☕️
